The Just Us Walking Club meets weekly to explore different routes around Dublin. The Walking Club was established to improve the fitness levels and health of our members as well helping members maintain good mental health and overall wellbeing.
Regular exercise has been proven time and time again to increase our moods and stimulate our brains.
An evening stroll in the fresh air, alongside some friendly company and good chat, is the perfect way to escape the stresses of life for a few hours. All fitness levels and abilities are welcome.
